Is my login information safe? Security

We use the secure connection employed by payment gateway Stripe, to handle your login details. alternatively, you may contact us through your preferred means of communication. Only the booster will receive access, solely through secure communications. While we take the utmost care in keeping your data secure, we still recommend that you change your password post order completion.

How is my login info processed? Security

Your password is deleted after order completion. We are obligated by EU law to delete your non-essential data (email, username and password) upon request. Information pertaining to your order and contact info are stored solely for legal and tax purposes.

Is boosting or buying an account legal? Security

Boosting is perfectly legal under laws and regulations and is only prohibited in South Korea as of the time of writing. (june 2023), it is however against the terms of service of the publisher.

Can I get banned for boosting? Security

Boosting, or more precisely "account sharing" is against the publisher's ToS. However, they have not enforced these parts of the terms for the past 13 years. Even Riot's president is boosted. If you want to be perfectly safe, we recommended that you purchase coaching or a new account. We'll also point out that duo boosting is nearly impossible to prove.

Do you use VPNs? Security

No boosting site does. We know, because we used to work for them. The use of VPNs by boosting sites is a lie and the developers don't ban people based on their location. Boosters don't like using VPNs because the ping increase hampers their performance. If you still insist on us using a VPN, we are likely the only boosting service that truly does so upon request.

How is my email address used? Security

We will use your email address to contact you only when necessary and with regards to your order. You will receive a receipt and another email upon order completion. You may receive a reminder to send us your login details or schedule your duo/coaching if you have forgotten to do so. We will not send promotional emails and will only reach out to you upon your request.

Why does your site not have a cookie banner? Security

We provide a premium service and we're not in the advertising business, which is why we don't store cookies on your device. Please note that the usage of cookies may vary when you are directed off our domain to Stripe checkout or any of our social media pages.

Will the booster talk to my friends? Boost

Not unless you explicitly state that you want him to. If you're concerned about appearing online, we recommend that you purchase a custom boost with the "appear offline" option added.

Can I see some recent work? Boost

Certainly! Please check out your preferred socials page in the footer below or go to directly to our Facebook or Instagram.

How are your prices determined? Boost

Our formula is complex, but as a general guideline, we determine the number of games required, and estimate winrates and game length. These factor can vary greatly, most notably when solo boosting or specific champions and roles are requested.

How long does it take? Boost/speed

That depends on the amount of customization requested. If time is of the essence, we highly recommended that you purchase a custom boost with the priority option checked. That way, not only do we start immediately, we'll also dedicate ourselves to completeing your order as fast as possible. Most speed boosts are completed within 24 hours.

Why does the price per win increase if I buy a lot of wins? Boost/speed

Prices are calculated per division and added up. Higher ranked wins are more expensive.

I want a particular build on my champion. Boost (custom)

We understand full well the nuances of different playstyles, such as AD and AP Shaco, or Shadow Kayn and Rhaast. Our team is fully capable of meeting such additional requirements. Get a fair quote: request@challengersonly.gg.

Can I schedule streaming hours? Boost (custom)

Yes, within reason, meaning the booster can play long continous sessions. Our boosters always enable video-on-demand unless explicity instructed not to do so and you may ask for deletion at any time: privacy@challengersonly.gg.

When can we duo? Duo

Our booster will reach out to you to schedule your games. In case your schedule is exceptionally tight, we kindly ask you to mention this at checkout, so that we can get the booster that best matches your schedule.

How do I know the booster will give it his all if he's paid per game? Duo

On most duo boosts, the booster will be solo boosting an account simultanously. In cases where you ordered "booster-unfriendly" champions, such as tanks or enchanters, we cannot guarantee obscene winrates irrespective of your performance or rank.

Why are some options significantly more expensive? Duo

Because we deem the champion and role to not be suitable for doing a solo boost simultanously, thus the booster will be fully dedicating his time to you.

Can I request a specific booster? Duo

Absolutely! You can let us know in the form upon checkout if you ordered a duo boost. Otherwise hit us up on discord or email us.

Can I request a specific coach? Coaching

Yes. Find us on discord or email us.

What is the typical coaching session format? Coaching

Our preferred method is watching you play from a first-person perspective, as demonstrated in our videos. That way we can gain a deeper understanding of your thought processes compared to watching a replay. Afterwards the coach will dissect your gameplay and improve your understanding of the game through interaction.

Do you offer different coaching formats, such as VOD reviews, replay analysis, verbals and 1v1s? Coaching

Yes. If you're expecting 55-minute sessions, ordering through the site is recommended. Otherwise, please let us know your preference for an alternative coaching method and we can adjust the price for you.

What if the game ends quickly, such as in a remake or early surrender? Coaching

Your coach will typically encourage you to start another game. There is always something to teach or discuss. We encourage you to write down questions beforehand.

What if the first or second game goes over the 55 minutes? Coaching

No problem. The coach will give you a complete analysis afterwards regardless of the session length and at no additional cost.

Will you record and send me the coaching session? Coaching

Yes, which is why we don't incentivize note-taking.

Can I ask questions after the session has ended? Coaching

Absolutely, we offer follow-up support, both through private messaging with your coach and through our discord channel.

When can I schedule the session? Coaching

Any time. In case your schedule is exceptionally tight, we kindly ask you to mention this at checkout, so that we can provide the best available coach to you.

How do I know if you have a coach for my champion? Coaching

An average champion pool for a challenger contains 10 champions, in addition to the player having high proficiency on at least another 10 champs from past experience. Furthermore, playing at a challenger level requires a deep understanding of all champions. Our team of vetted coaches cover every champion and role.

What is the delivery time? Accounts

Fresh smurfs and Iron 4 accounts are delivered within a day. High-ranked accounts take longer.

Can I pay in different currencies than euros? Payment

Yes, conversion is handled at checkout. We do not accept cryptocurrencies.

Do you accept Paypal? Payment

Yes, you can order through PayPal. Fill in the correct amount and give an accurate description.

My preferred payment method isn't listed on the home page. Can I use it? Payment

Our payment processor Stripe supports a wide range of payment methods. The selection on the home page is intended for illustrative purposes. Non-listed payment methods include bank redirects (such as Ideal, Sofort, Giropay, etc) bank transfers (SEPA, Multibanco, ACH, etc), Buy now, Pay later (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, etc) and many other cards and wallets, not displayed on the home page.

Are all your boosters really challenger? About

As a booster, maintaining a challenger account is unpaid work. However, all our boosters have hit challenger at some point, and more importantly, have demonstrated high MMR skill (relative to EUW) during the hiring process and continue to do so on an ongoing basis.
